To provide east African youth with opportunities to explore, experience, and experiment with the arts using the creative process. Help create a high quality cultural environment that offers appealing experiences to the state’s diverse population and which encourages them to participate in making, presenting, and preserving the culture of their community

- To preserve and celebrate the community's cultural heritage
- To fully integrate arts, Culture, and heritage into east Africa development and educational efforts
- To provide adequate facilities to accommodate visual and performing arts programs
- To promote communication, collaboration, cooperation and partnerships in the East Africa community
